See Police Report! To answer your questions, were they on time.? Yes, 15 minutes early, did not call upon arrival. Were they prepared for the job? No, they did not have proper attire, nor tools. We were asked to supply them beverages on numerous occasions and the use of our bathroom several times for a 1.5 hour job. Did they work hard? Yes/No. I think I carried more out of the house than they did. I was a little concerned how they handled the furniture. Everything did get out tho. Were they respectful of your property and goods? No, see police report. Items were stolen from house and workers were questioned. One employee finally admitted to knowing where the items were. Another employee was arrested on different matters not related. I do not believe background checks were used. Would you use them again? Absolutely not. The owner of are we there yet movers, did not handle the situation in a professional matter. He was not acting as a leader of the group and making sure his employees were staying on track. Even after the police arrived this gentleman was only concerned about his business interests and receiving our money and future business. Upon the police arriving the gentlemen began washing his car and tried staying out of the investigations. To top it all off, he knocked on our door after everything was done to ask for his tip. Overall very unprofessional and still on going.

They were punctual and super quick! They worked extremely well as a team and finished the job in 30 minutes flat including bringing furniture up a flight of stairs. They were careful with the items they were bringing from the truck to the house as well. Would definitely recommend.

Complained from minute they got there about not enough time to do job because they overbooked that day with another job. Immediately wanted more more money and more help. Very unprofessional attitude. Placed most items on wrong floors and wrong rooms, even after simple repeated instructions. Left early and overcharged by one hour. Said they could return the next day for $100 cash travel pay and wanted an additional $100 cash to finish the job.

Kal and his team were professional and very hard working. Additionally, they were simply great people. I could not be happier with they're performance.

Mikal and his team were attentive and responsible with punctuality. In terms of worktime however, they could have been a little bit better.
We had a customized difficult install as well, but we probably either needed more help or better help moving everything around. Our furniture is solid wood, so VERY heavy but still needed a little better help.
Overall I would recommend them for a regular house or move just not for us.

And these gentlemen jusy did not stop until the job was done. All of my things arrived and were stored in good array, and I would not hesitate to employ them again when I need help getting my things moved.
