As good as it gets! The crew actually texted to see if they can come an hour early, which was amazing. They arrived ready to go and didn't stop until the job was done. I had them load in a 16-foot PODS container and they positioned all the boxes and furniture perfectly in order to maximize space. They even roped off each section as they went along to minimize any shifting during transit. And they were all so polite. Trust this crew and don't forget to tip for a job well done. They really work hard.

Jim and Jim both did a really good job. It was a hot day and multiple flights of stairs and these guys were fast. Very nice and helpful, putting things where they need to go carefully. Worked really well as a team and were very respectful. Would definitely work with them again!

Hire these guys!
On time, communicated early to confirm, which helps when your world is upside down while moving. Arrived exactly as promised.
Jumped out of their car to unload our PODs, asked for a quick view of rooms we were sending stuff, and got right to it. No B.S. - just got it done, with no damage to our newly built home. Friendly, respectful, and worked their butts off until the PODs where empty. We used them for 2 different days and 2 PODs. Highly recommended!

The guys were great and worked hard. My pod was not close to the house so they had to walk a little way with everything. I had a lot of stuff from a 2 bed house move and lots of boxes (some very heavy) that needed going in the basement. They worked quickly and got a full 16ft pod emptied in two hours. I would definitely use them again.

We had Full House Family Moving to move my daughter into her apartment last Summer. They did SUCH a good job that we just hired them again to move her out. It was interesting that the same two guys from last year showed up again - a testament to the company as they're still there almost a year later. Hard workers, fast, experienced, friendly, didn't complain a bit - just showed up on time and got the job done. Based upon my last two experiences I'd say "hire these guys - you'll be glad you did".

What can a customer expect after booking with you?

They can expect honest, quality service. I will answer any and all questions at almost any time of day or night.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

We will call you the day of the move and keep in contact with you through out the day. We will swiftly and carefully move all your belongings. We will be polite, respectful, and honest.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

You should have everything already boxed. Unless you need help with disassembly, everything should be disassembled with all the matching pieces secured with the item. You should pick up your moving truck prior to your scheduled start time with us.

What types of moves have you handled?

We have done small and large houses in MA, RI, NH and ME We have moved offices, hospital equipment, and carried, set up and broke down equipment for several production companies including the Boston Red Sox.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?

I enjoy working with the public and making the hard task of moving easier.

What training do you provide your crew members?

Our crew members watch training videos, spend time with each of our crew members and get on the job training.
