Paid for 2 helpers for 2 hours. They showed up with 4 helpers - all very friendly. Not as efficient or as prepared as previous movers we've used. They were sensitive to fragile boxes and did a good job moving heavy/hard to move items without chipping paint on walls. Overall a good job.

The movers were told a different time than what I requested. So they showed up an hour early. When they first started moving things off the truck they were taking small items off the truck one at a time. Which took up a lot of time. They were moving extremely slow. We had to give them tips on how to unload the truck. I had to give reminders to take the dolly back to truck. They unwrapped some furniture while they were moving it. They removed the mattress cover and dropped it the mattress got dirty. My TV entertainment stand, jewelry armor was damaged they also drop a bin of clothing and my clothes fell all over the ground. At the end when we told them we were un-happy with the service they were very rude to us and used profanity. I felt they were very unprofessional. I would not recommend this service.

Isaiah Omar and KyMauri Castle were our movers. They moved an entire truckload of items and helped assemble furniture within the two hour time frame. They were on time, courteous, and worked nonstop. On top of that, they were both friendly and made the moving experience much more enjoyable.
