I hired a 4 man crew for 4 hours. I had a 3 plus bedroom house with lots of heavy items and additional pieces. Che and the guys that moved us were so nice. So professional. Super careful in handling our fragile items and nice furniture. They took extra precautions on making sure our valued pieces were placed carefully. There’s not a scratch on anything. That’s a first for any move I’ve ever done. They were super nice. Super caring and respectful. They knocked this loading and unloading job out like nothing I’ve ever seen before. You got the carfullness and great time management rolled into one. Not to mention the best prices I’ve been able to see anywhere. They were awesome all the way around. I have to say that the leader of the two that helped us, Cody, is a valuable employee. He kept the pace going so we finished on time and packed the truck well. I would give him 5 stars for his service. His helper, I can't remember his name, was good too in not loafing or slowing things down, but was a little rough with the furniture and the walls of our condo because of trying to go too fast. He did have a good positive attitude. I would recommend E-Z Move to others.We did not take all of our belongings, but enough to fill a 15 foot truck bed. They were on time to start. EZ Move was exceptional. They were on time for the job, and went the extra yard as it relates to picking up the truck at the U Haul office in Gearhart Oregon. They were very prepared for the job, having all equipment necessary in moving some of my larger items. Che and his crew worked extremely hard, and were able to complete the job in a very timely manner. Che and his crew were exceptionally respectful of my property, treating it as if it were their own. I would definitely use EZ Move again if I every required moving services, and I will be recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers that live in the area.

In truth I wasn’t sure about using this service, I didn’t have much to spend so I took a leap of faith. Were they on time yes, in fact they were a few minutes early. Did they work hard yes they worked amazingly hard. They finished the job on time, took excellent care of all my belongings and everything unloaded in perfect condition. If and when I need to move again this is how I will do it with the exception that I will have them unload the other end this time.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
If items need to be loaded/ put in a specific area make sure they’re labeled for the team so there’s no miscommunication. If there’s any specialty items alert crew lead so we can make sure it’s priority. And if any changes need to be made to the schedule alert us so we can be ready to go when you are.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have done it all. Small moves. Big moves. Long distance (New York) (Ohio) relocations. We’ve handled some of the most complicated moves there are. From spiral staircases, to 3 story with no access, we have done it all.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Meeting new people and bringing a smile to their face. Seeing thier appreciation for our hard work.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Some of the best. I’ve learned throughout the years many different ways from some of the top movers in the U.S. All our training is custom. Everything from hand placement to lifting techniques, observance skills to leading. Safety is number 1.
