John and his helper Henry were just awesome. They so patiently wrapped my sectional....better than when it was newly delivered. Then John really showed his professionalism and expertise when he packed the POD. He fit in the boxes better than a jig saw puzzle so that nothing will shift in the move. I would highly recommend John and Henry for your moving needs.

John was late in arriving and arrived with a flat tire on one of the two dollies, which meant that either he or his helper had to move boxes by carrying them. John was very gruff and although he and his helper completed the job in a timely enough manner, he was argumentative with me and even used the "F" word. He put a bottle of liquid next to two boxes of books which in my opinion showed a lack of paying attention or good judgement, and it spilled into them, ruining books and a ream of paper. I found John very unprofessional and filed a formal complaint with HireAHelper, who handled the complaint very well. I would use HireAHelper again, but definitely not A Plus Moving.
