What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Customers can expect a call or text before we arrive, arrive on time and review the job to be done so we're all on the same page, getting to work whether it's a load or unload, check in with customer throughout move to ensure proper communication, and finish the job smoothly.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Some tips for moving day is to make sure all boxes are packed and labeled accordingly prior to moving day, have all entrances cleared for movers, if movers are moving household goods into house you should label each room with a piece of paper so movers know where to place items.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled local moves, offices, deliveries with loading/unloading such as U-Box, unloads with Allied and United Van lines, out of town moves.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
When ever a customer says, Wow you guys make moving look easy! So I guess its safe to say our favorite part of being a mover is to take the weight off of our customers shoulders.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Protection is key when it comes to moving furniture, one of the first things we teach employee's is to wrap the furniture. Also how to properly use a hand truck or four wheel Dolly. We train all employee's how to pack a box with glass or fragile items. And most important we train all employee's on how to communicate with each other as well as the customer/maintenance property managers landlords ect.
