This was the worst experience I have ever had with movers. At 3pm I arrived at my storage unit with a full 26 foot truck with trailer ready to unload, which is the time that the crew was also supposed to arrive. At 3:30 I called to check on their ETA and was told that they couldn’t get ahold of the crew due to bad cell service, but they were an hour out. An hour later I called and at this time was asked if I could reschedule for the next day. Said I could not, and was told they would be there in 30 minutes. By this time I unloaded the trailer myself. Now 5:30, I called and left a voicemail asking where the crew was. Finally just before 6pm, one of the crew members showed up… in flip flops, looking like he just woke up. About 20 minutes later the other crew member arrived and started working very hard. I would not classify this crew as professional movers. The storage unit was not packed very efficiently compared to how the truck was loaded by our other movers, and we are actually concerned that items in the boxes may now be broken after unloading. This was definitely the ‘Wrong’ Choice.

Wonderful job. Excellent communication skills & customer service! On time, called to let me know they were on their way.They worked hard. Very respectful of everything. Yes I would hire them both again.I moved into my house 2 weeks earlier. Had 2 movers to help me reposition some heavier items that I was unable to lift myself. House looks some much better now. So glad I called & was able to hire helpers.
