D & J called to make an excuse to show up late on the job. We arrived when the men had the truck loaded and were ready to unload at the final destination. They were freindly at the greeting, unfortunately one of the men had such horrible body odder it was very difficult to be near him (unacceptable). The two men spent much time discussing simple tasks which wasted time. My wife and I began helping empty the truck and trying to give some direction to the men in order to be more efficient and they were reluctant to accept our suggestions. It was very frustrating seeing their inefficiency, and I would not consider hiring them again.

Mover's response:

I am sorry you feel the service wasnt that great as for being late the guys worked three moving jobs that day and had not even stop to take a break to eat one of the guys were new due to another guy backing out after two jobs were done i know you were a repeat customer and i know you were happy the first time i apologize you were not as happy this time.

I had to change our date 2 times due to the storm in Texas but on the day of the un-load D & J movers were almost 3 hrs late due to emergency truck problems but when they arrived they went to work right away and unloaded the truck fast and did a great job with out breaking or scratching anything. I would recommend them to anyone needing help.
