Came early and did everything we asked good job

They were slow but did arrive on time. Not very helpful, everything we needed them to do we had to suggest how to do it. They told us they did not have tools so my husband lent them some. We had to request they put only 1 piece of furniture back together. They acted like they were doing us a big favor. They left early (1. 1/2 hours early and their supervisor called to find out what time they left. Would never use there services again. Absolutely not worth the money.

I loved the crew they sent out. They were able to do the job way better than I could have. They were very patient with me giving suggestions :) They also educated me on how to proceed next time. Such as get a crew of 4, I thought more than 2 would get in each others way. With 4, 2 can be prepping and 2 can be loading, goes smoother and faster.

Oh one thing from Hire a Helper, not from the movers. Hire a Helper indicated I needed to get a truck myself, when in fact they provided truck and dollys and such, so this was a most excellent surprise.

The dispatcher however sent them with a 16 foot truck, even though I had specifically requested for a bigger truck. So remind them when they call the day before to confirm.

Would definitely hire them again.

I would like to thank all three helpers for a job well done. All were conscientious, personable, respectful and attentive to my personal property and home. David, who ran the crew was very professional and demonstrated expertise in the specifics of loading a POD with efficiency and making full use of the space to be sure to accommodate all my belongings so nothing had to be left behind.
I would recommend all the guys to perspective future customers.

I drastically underestimated what was needed for crew size and time. I only asked for two for 3 hours and I think the two may have quit after this job. It was HARD. My sincere apologies to JB and Eric for us asking so much of them and my gratitude for the incredible job they did. They were kind and polite and did what needed to be done to get everything unloaded. The whole family had to help too.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?

After booking with our company, first the customer will receive confirmation call or an email from one of our agents who will rest assured explain every single step. Once when customer decide to move forward with our company the customer will be provided with exceptional moving services that we'll be provided by our highly trained professional movers.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

On a moving day the customer can expect well trained movers, happy to assist and accommodation all the customers request!

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

Depending on customers preference there is a few things that customer need to do before the movers arrive, if you decide to use regular moving service all that needs to be done is just packing smaller items into the boxes, if customer decides to use full pack service in that case all you need to do is just to open the door and our movers will do the rest. However this are just basics if you need any additional information please feel free to reach us and one of our dedicated agents will be happy to assist!

What types of moves have you handled?

All these years we handle local moves, as well as the moves to Los Angeles. We are able to handle house hold moves as well as the commercial moves as well.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?

Beside happiness that we are being able to assist customers with fresh start we are more than delighted when we see the smile on customers face after the move is done!

What training do you provide your crew members?

Our crew members have basic training on how to properly use tools as well as the training on how to disassemble and reassemble furniture properly, packing training and training on how to use protecting material for the furniture.
