These two guys showed up on time and were prepared for the job. They worked hard in the heat and were very respectful of our property. It was a very long day, but they remained polite and pleasant all day. I would definetly use them again.

We hired this company for 2 men at 4 hours to show up between 12 and 1 pm. The company represented themselves as experienced movers but the 2 men sent for my job were not very experienced. First, they were only technically on time. I got a call asking if they could come early - approx. 45 min. early. We said sure but then they didn't show up until 12:15 pm which is 45 min late from the earlier start time they requested. The reason given for their tardiness was the GPS sent them to a different neighborhood. Our address was correctly entered so driving to a different neighborhood is a user error. Once they arrived we started to show them what was to be packed into the pod but it became obvious they really didn't know what they were doing. They didn't use the furniture pads until we said something. When I pointed out that a piece of furniture had to be taken apart they didn't even look to see how or ask how to take it apart. We had to stop them before they damaged it. When it came to my dining room table I said the legs do not detach and he said there is mechanism to disassemble the table. The mechanism he was looking at is to insert table leaves to expand the table not to disassemble it. When packing boxes into the pod they wedged them into places they didn't fit or placed them where they were not fully supported. Clearly they had no idea what they were doing. We should not have had to direct them. We will have to repack the pod. Also, according to the web site the men were supposed to arrive with a furniture dolly, a hand truck and rope. They came with none of this. Luckily I had a hand truck. This is not a company we would ever use again. We think we should get a refund or at least a partial refund.

Although my move was completed and nothing was broken I would not use A+ Movers again. The movers came 2 1/2 hours later than when I was originally told they were expected to arrive. When they arrived I was not impressed at all with the movers' professionalism or attire. They looked liked just random people coming off the street to help with my move. The quality is not worth the price of service.

Josh and Bernard were great. Really hard workers. They called to let me know they were on there way making sure they had the right place. They kept telling me to go rest when I was trying to help them. Said it was their job. I would certainly use them again.

My movers (3) arrived a few minutes late but did call to inform me which I found very professional. The guys promptly jumped into action, were friendly and careful with our belongings, and really worked hard. My wife and I didn't know what to expect, but were very happy with the movers. Also note that all of the coordination prior to the move made the overall experience pleasant. I would definitely recommend A+ Movers and (HireAHelper). I hope that every has the same great experience that we did.
