The guys did a great job loading as much as possible on the 26 ft truck!!! It was packed and did the 4.5 hour drive without tumbling or falling. Worked their tails off and in HOT heat!!

The gentlemen were absolutely a pleasure to work with but the packing left a lot to be desired. My TV was scratched and the sofa blocked the door of the truck, which took two of us to correct. I think they meant well but I asked them to make sure the sofa would not "bind" the door. They assured me it would be fine. When I arrived at my location (9 hours of driving) I could not open the door without significant effort and another person's help. Again, they were very polite and courteous. Hire A Helper has been a pain to work with. First, they never contacted me to inform me that the helpers failed to confirmed. I called them to confirm and they offered the more expensive replacement company. Then, after texting them to release the payment I receive a text telling me to call their 800 number to releaxd payment, two days after I had already released the payment. This made me suspicious and not confident of their competence.

It was a pleasure working with you and helping you on such short notice. To speak on packing its always difficult to complete a job/Load that we didn’t start . It’s like you cooked a lobster called us to season it to perfection. And once you bit the lobster you notice it wasn’t fully cooked. Which put you in uncomfortable experience with us even though we only seasoned it . But sorry for the inconvenience and experience wish I could unload it all and do it all over again ima a fan of perfection myself.

Top notch, on time, pros. Very pleasant and even laughed at my stupid comments. Made sure they placed things exactly where I wanted them. Didn't stop till they were done. It's hard to find people who do their job well, seem to enjoy doing it and are friendly all at the same time. Super job and I will need to buy some new furniture soon. Will be asking specifically for Ace Movers.
