We Haul Movers were on time, and Justin helped with suggestions to make sure that the transportation company was also on time. The team of 4 coordinated extremely well with unloading the 2 portable storage containers and getting our things to the elevator and unloading it on the fourth floor and then into our apartment. Their teamwork got the moving done within the time frame of our order. Each person was very pleasant to converse with and listened to or requests of where to put each box.

Very friendly, reliable, and trustworthy with my furniture. They were a little early, but called ahead to see if I was ready. The guys were very mindful of the pieces that were fragile/antiques. They worked well together. My only issue is that it felt like they were rushing- I mean, I don’t want them to sit down and hang out, but taking a bit more time to let me set the pace would have been helpful.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Customer will receive an email verifying the date and time of move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We will call when we are on our way. When we arrive, we initially do a walk-through before getting started.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
In order to best prepare for your move, have all items boxed up and ready to go. If you need beds or furniture disassembled, we do not mind doing it but the move will take less time if everything is already taken apart upon our arrival.
What types of moves have you handled?
We specialize in local labor help. We will load and/or unload any type of truck, container, storage unit, POD, trailers, etc.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Meeting new people on a daily basis and we take pride in the work that we do!
What training do you provide your crew members?
All members have to take a standard moving training course as well as on-the-job training.

Same Day Moves
We charge an extra 10% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
