Great job- cost effective, polite and timely. The movers arrived 30m early and stayed an extra 30m- they were helpful and pleasant. Cris called the night that I scheduled the move (which was about 12 hours before I needed the movers to show up) and helped arrange everything. I am recommending to a coworker, thanks CNS :)

They were not only on time, but were ready to work the second we arrived. Despite having to carry boxes up five flights of stairs, they remained both productive and friendly. We were also pleased that they were careful with fragile items, and all of the furniture too.

They arrived 15 minutes early and Jose worked quickly and diligently. However, there was a communication error between the company and the mover. I needed someone with a hand-truck, and was assured that the mover would have a hand-truck, but when Jose showed up he said that no one told him we needed one.
I was very happy with the mover himself and would be happy to use him again; I just wished that he had been told to bring a hand-truck.

The movers have done significant damage to the building staircase and railing while carrying a sofa. The reason the damage occur, is because the so called "movers" had absolutely no idea of moving. They did confirm it is their first day. Both of the helpers were inexperienced. Experienced mover would have known how to bring a sofa down the stairs. I spoke with the laborers boss, and he said he was told that damage has not been done by his movers. Pictures of the damage has been sent to the laborers boss. CNS Moving not only damaged the building, but also broke two tables, and a lamp. Everything that this company is advertising is false. I don't get how would they send movers without any experience to a job site. If the movers are not trained, they will have no idea how to carry furniture, just like they stated. If they are a professional movers, as they are advertising, why did they run off the job site as soon as we pointed out to them that they broke/shattered items. Literally the movers run off. The person I spoke with on the phone from CNS Moving is ignoring my calls and is trying to avoid me. Along with all that, they have damaged a wall inside the apartment as well. But the company is ignoring me, and it seems like that is how they deal with problems. Save yourself the hustle and headache and don't chose them for your move. If I could leave a zero star I would have.

Chris & Edgar were fantastic! They arrived early & worked nonstop only stopping for a few minutes when we offered them water. They were very friendly & easy to work with! I HIGHLY recommend them!
