Dee founded our company in 2000. Husband and wife team provided local moving services to help pay their way through college. Once they graduated, they decided to continue the business full time, hiring additional staff to meet growing customer demands. Personalized and friendly service is still very important to us. We recognize your voice on the phone. We remember details and are committed to follow through. We want to ease your moving experience by giving you a DNG experience. We care about your moving needs. Its not about how much our customers spend. With our company its about the quality of service our customers deserve. Helpers arrived on time, during earlier part of 1 hour window. They were extremely capable. I had items going into a downstairs storage space and others going into a 2nd floor walk up apartment. They efficiently separated out the 2 sets of items and arranged the storage space really well. They never complained and were nice. I wish I had been able to use them for loading the truck I hired them to unload.

The two men that helped me showed up on time and were ready to work. They provided exactly the help I needed to complete my move. They also contacted me to let me know when they were 15 minutes away. Very hard workers and very easy to work with.

I was very happy with the two men who moved our furniture etc from the garage back into the house after renovations.
The were on time, courteous, very hard working and very careful with all of our furniture.
We had some very heavy pieces and 35 boxes of "things" that had to be moved and they handled all of it very well. When, after the move, we could not find the glass shelves for the breakfront, we called Greg who was as concerned as we were. He told us all he could remember of the situation. We finally found them - under our bed! They had not been moved out of the house after all. Embarrassed?? You bet. But Greg was as happy as we were when we told him we had found them - and where. A great guy!!
My advice to anyone who needs help moving - hire them!!!!!

I have used the same moving labor helpers from DNG movers through Hire A Helper and on both movers the helpers were right on time, knew how to move and pack everything without constant supervision. In short, they knew what they were doing. I will happily recommend them and use them for my next move.

John and his co-worker (whose name escapes me) did a terrific job. They were courteous and did a great job for us. The were super careful in their handling of our items and arranged them in our garage very skillfully.
They had a few very heavy pieces and some tight turns to contend with but got the job done in spite of that.
I hope they are available when the renovation is finished so that they can return all the items in the same careful way.
I recommend them highly.

DNG Services did a great job with my move. They were on time, they worked hard despite the heat, and they were respectful of my possessions. I would use them again.

The two helpers who showed up were wonderful--hard working, amiable, responsible, dedicated. However, I had contracted for 4 workers and 2 did not show, due to a traffic accident. I was disappointed that DNG Services did not attempt to send replacement workers. Though the two workers who did show up were willing to work as long as they needed to be there to complete the job, the service entrance to my building closed at 4:30 pm and everyone was pushing to get the truck unloaded prior to this. Having only two workers, rather than four, really complicated our moving job and caused a lot of stress. Also, because of the delay in completing the job, U-Haul facilities were closed by the time the trucks were returned. Though the workers who showed up were fabulous, I would not recommend this company because they were not able to complete my job as promised.
