The team was on time and cheerful. They worked hard and carefully. They brought their own dollies and carts. They were careful of the good furniture and boxes and loaded the storage container well. I definitely recommend Austin Helping Hands and would use the team who helped us again.

the workers were okay. They didn't have shoes covered and freely walked around with their dirty shoes. But the worse thing is the money! It only took less than 30 minutes for them to do what I needed done but the company, Hire A Helper would not prorate the cost. So it cost me $215 for about 23 minutes of work. I will not be using this company again. I will use the guy who came in the future without going through Hire A Helper

They were respectful of our belongings however did not place them in any rooms, just piled everything in the living room.
I would use them again, but maybe with a different moving team.
