Mike and Jorge did an excellent job of unpacking. While I do understand the two hour minimum, both pods have been unloaded in under an hour. I feel there needs to be some sort of additional price structure for pods so I feel like I am getting my value for what I pay. Having three pods delivered. Paying for 6 hours and only using 3 hours is overkill.
