We're unpacking now and, so far, 75% of our things are seriously damaged. The truck was packed improperly and the support wall was not used allowing the load to shift during transport. Horrible!!! Insurance will need to be contacted. Extensive damage to: washing machine, refrigerator, diningroom set, roll top desk, all wood furniture. TERRIBLE!!! I'll be in tears before we're done.
