The crew from Henry Moving Company did a fantastic job moving my brother-in-law's furniture and belongings from his townhouse to a storage unit. Due to his depression issues, he didn't inform the family that he had to be out of his townhouse in four days. The movers that came over to help us in this time of crisis made quick work of the task. They were hard working, courteous, prompt and efficient. We can't thank them enough!

The guys were very professional and helpful. They also worked pretty fast, they were done unloading everything in 2 hours. We really appreciated that they placed the items in the appropriate rooms making it easier for us to unpack and not have to move anything after they left. Super grateful for their help and the fact that they accommodated us on a super short notice.

The two he tlmen who helped us were very attentive and careful with our belongings. Unfortunately, they offered use of their truck in addition to the one we rented. We took them up on this since they came with the truck without our asking. Upon arrival to our home we were informed we needed to pay an additional $400 because we used their truck and we had an extra heavy item. I understand paying more for the heavy item but that wasn't worth $400. Apparently, the driver was not supposed to offer use of the truck. The driver and my husband agreed to paying an additional $250 instead of the $400, but I am very dissatisfied. I feel the driver made an error and we were charged for it. Hire a helper was supposed to contact me about this additional charges, but they have not followed up yet, three days later.

We had a 2-man crew (one of them was Henry the company’s owner) for 2 hours. The service they provided was excellent. They arrived on time and worked quickly and nonstop The move was to the house next door so did not require a truck just lifting and carrying. A lot of items were carried loose such as mirrors, framed pictures, desktop computer, clothing, lamps. and TVs. We had heavy tables and chairs, a washing machine, a dryer, a.large chest, and an easy chair and a 4-poster bed that that had to be dissatisfied and reassembled. Nothing was damaged. The gentleman arrived and were ready to begin work, they wore mask and were courteous. They took care with my items and made sure they were stacked properly and in the correct rooms etc. I enjoyed working with these guys and would use them again in the future.
