Henry Moving Company is fantastic! They are very responsive and flexible with scheduling.
I needed last minute moving labor help on a deadline, and the other moving company failed to show. I submitted a request to Henry Moving Company that evening (a few hours before closing to boot!), and they went out of their way to accommodate my last minute frazzled order for loading and unloading. They tried their best to fit me in before closing, but the travel time made it difficult.
I was able to schedule them the next day for unloading. The movers arrived 15 minutes early, were very polite, and were able to unload my moving truck in under an hour! On top of that, the company was very communicative with phone calls for arrivals.
I highly recommend them. Just make sure you confirm that any order changes made by phone have been added to HireAHelper before submitting the phone authorization. It makes Henry's life a lot easier!
My online order had be modified to remove loading via phone, and there isn't an automated way to fix things after the phone authorization.

The experience was great. Hire a Helper personnel were very helpful. The two gentlemen that they sent to help with our move were outstanding. They were super fast, extremely courteous, friendly, and professional. I was very happy, and would recommend them highly.

The guys were early and ready to work. I hired them for 3 hours and they were finish in 2. Either they were super efficient or I underestimated the job. Overall highly satisfied and will use them again.

The four men were nice and polite, but they had no respect for any of my things or my home.
They were 30 minutes late.
I have NUMEROUS dings, smudges, and scratches in my walls.....which I now have to have repainted.
They continually drug items across my hardwood floors after I repeatedly asked them not to.
They tried to leave after just two hours and I paid for three. I had more work for them to do.
They complained about the three story townhouse, even though it was clearly stated in the job description.
They had absolutely no regard for which side was up on any of the boxes. They put three fully loaded wardrobe boxes either on their side or completely upside down.
They had boxes marked as "fragile" on the bottom of a stack of heavy boxes marked "books".
They tossed my king side mattress against a nightstand that had been placed in-front of a plasma television....knocking the nightstand into the TV and cracking the screen.
Their last task was to put the grill on the back patio of the second level. The grill wouldn't fit through the door....so they just left it in the middle of my dining room and left....not saying a word. It is still sitting there.....until I can find someone to help me move it back downstairs.
When they left, they dumped the trash from their vehicle on the street in front of my neighbors home.
Sadly, I tipped them before I noticed most of these things....oh well...live and learn

I'm sorry, but I don't remember the names of the two gentlemen who helped us load our POD. But, they were excellent workers, came on time, took good care of our property, and we would have them again anytime.
The only unfortunate part (and, it wasn't their fault) was they did not come with packing materials that we requested. They knew nothing of our request.
We would also recommend them to anyone!

The movers were prompt, courteous, and most importantly, careful with our furniture and other belongings when they moved our things into a pod. I will definitely use them again to unload the pod when our floors are completed.
