I was not sure what I was going to get when I signed up for this service. All I can say is I could not have been more happy with the service and hard work these guys put into the job. Our day and time of the move had to change and they were more than accommodating. I am so impressed with the company we received, "Phil's Excellence", and want to give complete Kudos to Mike and Ben that were involved with my move. They were courteous, kind and so careful with every piece of furniture they moved. Thank you for making this a pleasant experience!

The two helpers arrived on time, started working immediately, and worked the entire 2 hours. They were very personable, and energetic.

Phil's Excellence did not show up as scheduled however I did get a call to validate if someone had showed up. They were at a different job site but agreed to check with me within the hour. I got a call back and this "new" team did come to my house. They were very fast and careful workers. Eventhough it did not get off to a good start it ended well and I would recommend using them to anyone!

They showed up a little early and were ready to go. It was not a fun job but they took direction from us and had to dig out a lot of furniture, boxes etc from a storage pod so we could look for specific possessions thought to be in the back. Alas, it wasn't in that pod. They then had to put it all back. Job was completed within the time we reserved and given our own situation - they did a great job. I would definitely recommend this company if this is any indication of the quality of people they have working for them.

They worked hard and didn't break our things, but Phil could be a bit more professional on the phone and in person.

They were late, but did a good job once they arrived. Phil is quirky, but has a positive attitude. This was not the most professional moving company that I have seen, but they worked hard for a reasonable rate.
