James and Dexter were excellent! They called to let me know they were on their way and were there right when they said they would be. Right away, they got to work and worked very hard moving our storage to consolidate it to its new unit. It was hot, things were heavy and with no complaint they did the job well. When I went at the end to see all the stuff in the new spot, I was so amazed and pleased with what they had done---a neat, creative, concise packing into the allotted space with just enough room to sort the sortables just as we asked. Thank you, Signature Moves--you are awesome!

They did a good job. One of the gentlemen was a little slow but the older gentleman was great

The movers did a terrible job. They turned dressers upside down without taking the drawers out and stacked other furniture on top which caused multiple scratches. They stacked dirty boxes that were covered in cobwebs on top of my couch without using the sheet cover I provided. Several of the boxes that were well packed and labeled fragile were haphazardly thrown into the truck and resulted in broken contents. They were inefficient with loading the truck which required them to rearrange after they realized they couldnt fit all of my stuff. At the 2 hour time point they gave up and said it wouldn't fit. After they left I had to rearrange much of the truck for a second time so that everything would fit. I have used other moving companies that were able to fit all of the same stuff in the truck easily with time left over. I would never use this company again if these workers are what they use. I'm highly disappointed.

Same Day Moves
We charge an extra 20% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
