The movers sent me a text an hour before the appointment and wrote they were not coming. Apparently the actual workers didn't show up for work. The lady was not even courteous enough to call me or accept my calls when I called her back. She just texted me that she was unable to answer my calls. It left me in bad position and I was forced to call around and find other movers on such short notice. I will never use Hire A Helper again since they obviously don't vet the businesses on their website. Plus I called them to help me find mover after this fiasco and they said they would but then never got back to me. My recommendation is to NOT use this so called mover because they are unprofessional and unreliable.
