These guys were great. They showed up on time, eager to work and put in a hard days work. They were professional, experienced and really knew how to pack a truck. I'd use them again in a heartbeat and would recommend them to friends.

The two workers were on time.
One of the workers became angry about something and walked off the job for 20 minutes. The second worker apologized for the other worker's behavior.
The first worker left marks on the wall in the old house and on the wall in the new house. When confronted with this, he called my roommate a liar. We showed him and he still denied it.
A piece of wood was gouged out of the back of a new dresser that had just been unpacked from shipping. i checked every inch of the dresser when the covering was taken off and there were no marks or blemishes on the furniture. Again, he denied that they had bumped into anything taking it up the stairs.
When I asked if he thought drawers should be removed from an item to make it easier to maneuver, he rudely asked "what do you want now?"
We paid the bill in full but would never under any circumstances use them again unless we could hire the second worker and not the first one.

Very courtious. Handled my furniture with care. The crew showed up on time and confirmed the time slot ahead of time. The crew worked fast, but was very careful to watch out for walls and obstacles. I was impressed and will certainly use them again in the future.

They arrived 2 hours late. I would use them again. They were hard working and efficient. No damage to furniture or the house.

I was unable to get the Budget truck on time. 4.5 hrs late. Protechs moving worked with me on this and we completed the job. They did a fantastic job. Packed a 26foot truck perfectly and when I arrived nothing was damaged. I highly recommend them. As for Budget rental Never again. Greg Minnetonka
