The original helpers did not show. It was a holiday weekend, the boss was out of town, so getting ahold of him was difficult. When we did get ahold of him, he did send 2 other guys.
It was obvious in no time the these guys were not movers. They did not know how to move things efficantly, they did not pay attention to the markings on the boxes, some said "fragile" they paid no mind.
As it worked out, because they showed up so late ( they were supposed to be there at 10, they got there at 3) my sister and I ended up unloading almost 1/2 the truck ourselves.
I would not recommend using this company ever again
