We accidentally booked the wrong date and they still were able to unload our truck. They were careful with our things and very professional. I recommend them.

I had them prepaid to arrive from9-11 I called at 9:30 said they were waiting on a guy to show up for work..at 11 something they showed up…then I rec a text stating the two guys I had prepaid for two hours my time was almost up..they had only been there 55 mins…I was stress to max ….I still had to drive my uhaul trip 150 miles and turn in by 4:30 I would never use this company again….but have to say the two movers worked very had and got me loaded fast..the guys were awesome…

Mover's response:

Hey, Our Team got at your location at 11 AM we were caught up at the job before we finished you up by 12… sorry for arriving late and we have to do a two hour minimum even though we finished early

Scenic helpers are terrible.Supposed to be here from 7-8.Called at 1030 saying they would be late For my money do not use hired helper or scenic movers they are not professional

Mover's response:

Yes, we suppose to got there at 8 AM.. crew couldn’t get there till 9:45-10 AM because the driver car got towed and the tow open up at 9 AM and with your 45 min drive… we made sure we sent over the documents and updated you before hand so you be aware of the problem… we tried to make it right by giving you a discount also adding extra guy but you told crew to turn around

They arrived timely, were super kind, and did the job amazingly. My husband and I were moving with a toddler so if we didn't have their help it would have taken all day and instead they knocked it out in 2 hours and left me and my husband time to unpack boxes.
