Good points- They did an amazing job getting every piece into the 2 containers! I thought sure we would have a lot left over. It took an extra 3 hours but they got the job done. They were very respectful and professional.
Bad points- they were late. I had originally scheduled them for 9am but told the scheduler we could be flexible. I got a text at 11pm saying they would be here between 2:30-3:30. They got here at 4:30 but stayed until the job was complete, well after dark. Of the 4 guys, 3 were hard workers and 1 was pretty useless. But I paid for 4 so that’s what I got
Overall I was very satisfied with their work and would recommend them.

Jamal was very good and kept things moving. Very professional.
His helper dropped a few of my ceramic boxes while trying to get them into the basement. Jamal told him several times to take his time. He was very apologetic.

The workers were 3 1/2 hours late due to overbooking according to them. The workers did a good job and were polite. I don't have a problem with the workers. My problem is I hired 2 workers for 2 hours to unload a pod. The fact that they were 3-n-1/2 late required my husband and I to unload most of the pod. So when the workers arrived it only took 1 hour to finish unloading the pod. Plus I was the one who did all the calling to find out what was going on. Never again

Workers seemed polite and knowledgeable about their jobs; however, three of the four crew members smoked cigarettes on our driveway and inside our garage. My husband asked them to stop, which they did, but we found many cigarette butts on our property after they left. When the first PODS container reached our new home, we found that many boxes and storage totes had been dented or crushed. The load hadn't been stacked properly so as not to shift during shipment. We also found the workers' empty water and Gatorade bottles inside the PODS container. We will evaluate the second shipment when it arrives on Friday.
