The guys from Liberty were early, quick, and friendly! They took care to let me know that some things that I thought were packed well enough to go into storage, weren’t. They recommend I move those things myself because they’d hate to put them in our storage container and something happen. I appreciated that thoughtfulness. These guys were great!

The guys arrived in a timely manner. They were both very friendly and worked extremely hard to get the job done as quickly as possible. However, I was told they would have hand tools to assist in removing the mirrors from the dressers and taking apart the beds. They did not have the tools so I did spend some time trying to find what they needed. The guys had dollies but didn't use them. I was extremely nervous watching them carry out such heavy furniture. After they left, I did find a couple of scratches and two of the drawers on my big dresser had come partially out and got wedged off track. They were a little more rough than I prefer them to have been. Overall, it was a positive experience. I would never have gotten my POD loaded without them in the crunch I was in!

The workers arrived two hours late. The dispatcher did call to inform me they would be late. I never hired movers before, but thought professional movers wore uniforms. These two guys showed up filthy like they were working construction. Initially I was hesitant to allow them into my home. I felt like Liberty hired two men from the side of the road to get the job done. They arrived in a pick up truck that broke down in my driveway and with no moving supplies, not even a hand truck. I must mention the two men were very professional, polite and worked quickly and efficiently despite not having the proper equipment. They had everything loaded and secure in about an hour. These men worked extremely hard. I give them three stars. I would not work through Liberty again. I could have hired any two dudes (even those two young men) to get the job done instead of giving all my money to a company. Liberty Moving Company did not meet my expectations for a professional moving company.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On moving day we arrive on time and are sure to send experienced, motivated and courteous professionals! We will complete a walk-through to have a look at everything before loading takes place! This will allow us to visualize the load.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Be sure to pack and stage all your boxes before we arrive unless we are packing for you. Also, feel free to break down any necessary furniture to save yourself time and money. However, we can handle all this for you as well.

We handle large household, commercial and other kinds of freight moving and deliveries. At the end of the day we enjoy knowing our customers move has been made less stressful by our being there and providing them with great service.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We only hire experienced movers so we don’t send 18-year-old kids. You will have dedicated, experienced Movers when you hire us!
