SWG Moving Services arrived early and their staff were very courteous. It was an efficient crew that got the job done over an hour early. They were also very careful with all the furniture and breakables. The truck was neatly packed as well. I would definitely recommend them to anyone without hesitation!

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. I had this company scheduled for over 3 weeks and when the day came to move no one showed up. I got no phone call or notification whatsoever and when I did get ahold of someone 2 hours after the scheduled time he said he would call me back as soon as he got ahold of his crew. I never heard back and when hire-a-helper finally got ahold of them they said it was an emergency and gave no other explanation. A simple phone call would have been nice and I could not recommend anyone lower since they never showed and would not even answer the phone after my initial contact.

Shawn made a very difficult time in my life much more bearable due to his excellent service and organization. He was highly recommended to me by
Bill Mason who had hired him on two different occasions.

These guys were great. When they arrived, I walked down the job with Sean and basically left him and his crew alone until the first truck load had been loaded with care. They arrived on time, with exactly what I asked them to bring, ready to work hard and this is exactly what they did. 10/5/13 Was the second time I used SWG moving. Shawn and his brother were Awesome. They are Fine, outstanding young me and very courteous. Everything was packed tight and nothing damaged, scratched or torn. Shawn takes extra effort to make sure everything is protected to the best of his ability. Will use as long as I have a moving need and will refer to all my friends.

Both Josh and Garrett were absolutely great. They arrived with a smile on their faces and left the same way after the work was completed.
They have a great work ethic and were able to complete the job on time. Their care for our "stuff" was exceptional and the house didn't have so much as a nick from all the movement of furniture and boxes they did. We had several items on the third floor in a walk-up attic and they made countless trips up 2 flights to accomplish the job.
I would highly recommend these guys to anyone who is interested in getting the job done with care and quality...they were great, worked hard and were enjoyable to work with. Their efforts helped us accomplish a seemingly impossible task.

The young men did a great job. They unloaded my truck in the pouring rain in Richmond. Although they did not bring the dolly with them, they worked hard to unload everything within the two hours. They did it. They figured out a good system since they also had to navigate an elevator to the third floor. All of my belongings were delivered to my apartment and I have not found anything broken yet. Even with the rushing due to no dolly, they did a great job and I recommend them highly.
