They had trouble moving my furniture. I did not appreciate that were "dragging" my furniture causing chips and dents instead of carrying it. They were unable to fit all of my furniture in the same size pod that I moved in with almost 4 years ago. Perhaps their method of packing my property in the pod could use improvement. I now have to find another way to move what was left out of the pod myself.
