The 2 guys who were helping with our move arrived on time this past Sunday. Both of the guys were pleasant. They unloaded the truck in the 2 hours that I had them booked for. Quick, efficient, and got everything taken care of with no issues.

They arrived a few minutes ahead of time. Such hard workers, who did their best with an unfortunate elevator issue. They were well prepared and I was very pleased with their work!

They broke 2 of my drawers to my dresser and did not use my furniture pads, thus, it got scuffed up. Also, they took too long to load and refused to use a dolly. One of the workers complained about how hot it was, which was why I provided water for them, but he was moving so slow that I got in the truck and started loading it myself. Then, they unloaded it, even though I told them we were short on time, and they rearranged it. It took them 2 hours to load most of my 1 bedroom apartment into the uhaul.
They were upset that I told them they needed to move quicker and even though I apologized, and they said they would come back later to finish the job, they did not come back and did not answer the phone when I called.
I had to sleep in the floor of my new apartment that night and hustle to find other movers for the following day to unload the truck. The movers I got the next morning, loaded my apartment down the alley and up 3 floors in under 2 hours, while these guys only loaded most of my apartment down 1 flight of steps and broke things.
Very unprofessional. I do not recommend.
