What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Emailed or texted confirmation of the moving: date, time, location, and contact. A follow up confirmation the day before the move via email/text.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A call/text when the truck and crew is in route. Professional service until the customer is satisfied.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The customer should make sure that accessibility is available for the movers. Like having the elevator and dock scheduled. Parking permit or blockage set. And the main thing is being ready to go on moving day.
What types of moves have you handled?
We handled a wide range of different type of move. We are based in Chicago but we have completed moves from Florida to California, Texas to New York, and more than 300k mile of long distance moves. We have relocated restaurants and offices. We also move cars
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Me personally most favorite part in the moving industry in the challenges that a person can't foresee being accomplish and I come and answer that challenge. Make me feel like Superman
What training do you provide your crew members?
Most of my crew are former students of my wrestling team. I had 4 years to train them on professionalism, teamwork, and control.
