They showed up 45 minutes late, 4 guys showed up instead of 2 as promised and they were in a hurry to finish and leave.
We were definitely not in a hurry to leave. We were in a hurry to finish, why? Because you were angry, frustrated, bossy, and rude. We wanted to do everything in our power to please you. I guess some clients cannot be pleased no matter how much you bend over for them. We were courteous, and professional. We efficiently got everything packed In less than an hour. We Allowed you to dictate how we packed, and then fixed your mess ups to fit everything safely and securely. We offered our professional input and free blankets. I’m sure it had nothing to do with our skin color.
