Asher with Zoom Movers was a disaster. When he showed up he appeeared to be under the influence of drugs. He also brought his dog with him, which he tried to bring into my apartment, which has a cat. So he left it out by the elevator, where it urinated on the floor.
As for the move itself, he showed up with a moving van that had a couch and other miscellaneous items in it. So it ended up not fitting all of my boxes because there was not enough room. There was also dog urine on the floor.
Also, I carried just as many boxes as he did, even though I was paying him to move everything.
Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my experience with Zoom Movers. I would not hire them again.
