If I could, I'd give them 10 stars! That includes the management/schedulers. We Closed on a new house the day of the appointment and had all of our belongings in a rented truck that had to be turned in the next morning. Of course, Closing took longer than anticipated, but the Move Pros folks went above and beyond to work with us and adjust the arrival time of the team for our needs. I just can't say enough how greatful I was for their flexibility. The team was great - on-time, courteous, efficient, and I did my best to make the late appointment as short as possible. That is, a lot of stuff went into the garage with as little being hauled into the house as possible. It's hard to find good, reliable help at times, but this company, Move Pros, lives up to its name. Thank you for one less stress for this move!

I hired them to move a hot tub I told them it would take 3 men. Only two showed up and I had them unloading some small stuff but again told them I thought it would take 3men' Finally after much talking with the office a third man showed up and the hot tub was moved yea They only charged me for two men due to the mix up. Thank you

The two helpers who assisted us with our move were very friendly, professional and efficient. They completed the job in minimum time and expertly packed our belongings into our POD. We intend on using Hire A Helper on a future move and would recommend them to others. We would request that that same helpers be assigned to us again in the future if they are available.

They did a great job. They were on time and helped me stay at 2 hours. They were cognizant about what had to be loaded in the pod by priority. I had too much stuff so some had to be left out so we prioritized. They did work hard and quick. I thought they were a great price but, the next day my dad found 2 guys for 2 hours for $135 on Craigslist. They were 5 hours late though! Thank You.

Eduardo and Joe showed up with everything they needed to get the job done fast. They were able to reassemble the furniture and hook up the washer and dryer. They were so friendly and nice. It was great to actually have competent movers that didn't damage my stuff. I am definitely going to use them on my next move.
