Were they on time? One mover was one time, unfortunately, his helper was about 20 minutes late. Were they prepared for the job? When speaking to the lead person via telephone, we were informed the movers would be prepared with dollies to move our heavy dressers. When the movers arrived, they had 2 dollies to move the big boxes, but no dollie to move our heavy dresser. Nonetheless, the dresser was damaged in the process. Did they work hard? The lead mover worked like a 'work horse' but his energy would come and go as he spent his time in the bathroom and on his cell phone. Were they respectful of your property and goods? They were very nice individuals but our flat screen tv was dropped in front of our eyes and the stand was split in half. We were promised that he would replace it but we haven't heard from him. Would you use them again? No thank you.

Great customer service both ahead of time and during the move. Josh and Nick took great care of my furniture, moved it really quickly, and were friendly and easy to work with. They even made a second trip when it became apparent that my truck was too small. Thanks for making this process so much easier for me!
