They had to come back a second time because they had no plan or priority for loading. They did not talk with me just started grabbing boxes that I had labeled for a specific order of load and unload. Also, they deliberately left my bed headboard off didn't tell me about it until i discovered it once they left. I told them I can't sleep on three-fourths of a bed. Mr. Lewis said at least you have the box spring and mattress loaded! WHAT?! Not customer service here. I HAD TO PAY THEM AN ADDITIONAL FEE TO COME BACK THE NEXT DAY TO COMPLETE AND REARRANGE THE LOAD. SO I PAID FOR YOUR SERVICES TWICE. AND NO I WILL NOT RECOMMEND NOR USE THEM AGAIN!!
AND THEY WERE NOT RESPECTFUL OF MY PROPERTY.

They did a fabulous job. They showed up toward the end of the time window specified and hustled the entire time. They finished the job ahead of schedule and were conscientious to make sure our belongings were not damaged. We will hire them again and highly recommend!

They were suppose to be at the job between 8 & 9 AM called and said they were 33 miles away on a another job then called back at 1015 and said they were on there way and said it's cancel because I did it myself because they were. Were coming To pick up the pod and it had to be done. I will send this to pods to let th know what happened and not to use your company again
