Movers did show up, and help us get all items from house loaded into containers, and we are very thankful for that. However they were over 6 hours late, and as we understood the reason was due to not having transportation to get to us. I had confirmed appointment twice on the phone to make sure all was good. To compensate somewhat they did adjust the bill. Once they arrived were very helpful and loaded our containers well and we finished at 11:00 PM. Was supposed to be a 3 man move for 6 hours, and ended up being a 2 man move for 2.5 hours, and 3 man move for 4 hours. Bottom Line it is all loaded now and we have found that Moving is definitely an experience.

This group of workers was amazing. Steve communicated with us beforehand to update us on his arrival time, as we left it flexible because we were waiting for a 3rd pod. They unloaded all three pods. They were careful with everything and worked incredibly hard. Steven kept everything going. Just a fantastic, nice group of people. We were very happy with everything and if needed, would certainly use them again.

Steve did a great job. Very hard working and packed my items with care. The reason for the 4 star rating was due to the fact that they were three hours late. This was not a problem however as it gave me more time to finish packing. Once they got here, they got started right away and the house emptied very quickly. They were very courteous and took direction well. I would use them again.
