They were amazing!! Packing the POD is definitely a talent!! The were nice men, careful with our furniture, and didn’t leave one nick behind!! They need a salary increase!!!

Damaged so many items. Didn’t advise me of damage. Complained of furniture being heavy. One worker avoided moving and kept rearranging items in truck. Didn’t know how to load truck. Told me that truck was too small. Refused to disconnect washing machine causing me to have to call additional movers. The new movers had to rearrange truck to get items to fit. Called office they said they would send movers out to help instead of me having to hire new workers to complete job. Never heard back from company. They didn’t answer my calls either or call back as promised. Delayed my move by one day costing me to have to get a hotel and forgo hotel that was already paid for in my new location. Nightmare!!! Not trained!!! No equipment!! Don’t use them. Still haven’t heard back from company regarding complaints.

Chris and Phoenix were great! They showed up a little early and were ready to help. They took their time to take care of our stuff as if it were their own. They were friendly, kind and courteous. I would reccommend this crew for any job!
