The movers did a great job. But the person who coordinated not so much. I asked for three movers, and she assured me two would be more than enough. I ended up having to pay for two hours extra.
The movers were quick and courteous, but there was a hike to my POD. Which I’ve told the coordinator. Happy but not happy.

Brian and Ryan showed up at exactly 8 am as expected. They were friendly and polite. They started work immediately. They were prepared to do the job. Moving a refrigerator up form the basement, they had to take off a door, but they had tools and expertise to do that. The door actually works better after they put it back on. They handled the additional jobs efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. I would definitlyl hire them again.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
They can expect a phone call within 24 hours to introduce ourselves and to answer any question or concerns about the process and assure them that they made a great decision in hiring ServiceQuest Moving
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We will call you 24 hours before your scheduled move date to reconfirm your scheduled start time. On the day of your move, we will call or text message you with the exact ETA. Once arrived our uniformed trained professionals will greet you and request a walkthrough. At this time you can point out to the team the items that are going and the items that are not going.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Prior to moving day, have all boxes labeled and inventoried. Make sure all walkways are clear of all items and secure all household pets
What types of moves have you handled?
As a third-generation moving company, We have handled every type of move possible such as very large estate moves, large and small commercial moves along with unique item moves. You name it, we have done it.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part of being a mover is meeting the customers. It's interesting meeting people from all over, some that become lifelong friends. I also like to problem solve and moving can be complicated. I feel a sense of accomplishment when I can ease the tensions of the clients with a seamless move.
What training do you provide your crew members?
I train my crew members by teaching them the proper techniques of lifting and how to properly handle furniture along with common sense. Moving is not about how strong you are. Knowing what to do before you even do it, is what makes a great mover

We charge an extra 20% for same day requests.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.

We can always stay at least 2 hours over the prebooked time.
