These guys were awesome!! They were a little late, but they called and to let me know. (bad directions) They arrived and got right to work. I had them running in circles...moving stuff from one storage unit to another, then loading and unloading the truck. They never complained and took excellent care of my belongings! I even liked these two guys so much, I bought them lunch and tipped them 100 bucks each!! (they were well worth it and I felt they deserved the "extra pay") I highly recommend this company!

These gentlemen were great! We had to switch our helpers at the last minute and they took the job -no problem...and on Christmas eve !!!! They were prompt and efficient, finished early and help put beds and tables together in the remaining time scheduled. Helped make our arrival from a long-distance move SO much easier! Thank you!!!

I AM VERY DISSATISFIED WITH PACCLEAN SERVICES. THE MOVERS MOVED ONE BOX AT A TIME STRETCHING THE TIME NEEDED TO AN ADDITIONAL HOUR. ADDITIONALLY, I WAS TOLD THAT ALL OF MY ITEMS WOULD NOT FIT ON THE TRUCK BUT A FRIEND OF MINE & I WERE ABLE TO LOAD QUITE A FEW MORE ITEMS ON THE TRUCK! I REQUESTED THAT THE TRUCK BE PACKED TO THE TOP HOWEVER THERE WERE LARGE GAPS OF SPACE, I ALSO REQUESTED THAT A DOLLY BE USED TO MOVE MULTIPLE BOXES AT A TIME BUT THE MOVERS CHOSE TO MOVE ONE BOX AT A TIME!!! FINALLY, MY ANTIQUE VICTROLA WAS SEVERELY SCRATCHED/DAMAGED BECAUSE THE MOVERS PUT A OUTSIDE LARGE LATTER ON TOP OF IT!!! I ALSO FOUND THE COST OF THESE MOVERS TO BE HIGH AS COMPARED TO OTHERS! THESE GUYS DID A VERY BAD JOB & I WISH I COULD GET A REFUND OR REIMBURSED FOR DAMAGES AND OVERCHARGING OF THE ADDITIONAL HOUR!!!
