You can expect to receive superior customer service starting with receiving a phone call from our move management representative about your move booking he/she will to discuss your needs and expectations about your upcoming move or furniture installation project. You will get a phone call the day before your move confirming your appointment date and time then you will be your assigned a uniformed site supervisor and moving crew who will introduce themselves for your project the following day.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our customers can expect to receive a phone call from our assigned uniformed site supervisor and moving crew (30) minutes before arrival time to let you know that we are waiting outside your office, residency or warehouse to start your project at the designated time.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customer should declutter and downsize when preparing to move, pack early, protect fragile items, color code boxes, disassemble furniture, prepare appliances, plan for kids, pets and plants, pack valuables and important documents and get a good nights sleep because moving can be stressful.
What types of moves have you handled?
Relocation Solutions, Inc has handled federal, state and local office moves, local and long distance residential moves as well as furniture reconfiguration and installation services, lumper services, packing, loading, and unloading of goods from tractor trailers, straight body box trucks or mobile storage containers, disposal services and warehousing.

What training do you provide your crew members?
Our crews are crossed trained in providing commercial and residential moving services, furniture installation services with each service providing a unique skill set to performing these services. Our crews are always provided with refresher training as well as learning new moving and furniture installation techniques on a quarterly basis.
