Nick and James did a great job. Nick backed the truck into
the driveway for me and said "we got this", and they went to work. I was really impressed when he brought the refridgerator out of the basement and up the hill with no hand truck. They worked non-stop. We had to make them take a break and eat with us at the new house. It was money well spent. I never would have packed the truck the way they did.

Only minor issue was delayed arrival (traffic). Otherwise Nick and James did an excellent job. Very carefull with everything they handled.
Would definitely use again should the need arise.

Other than being 40 minutes late due to traffic issues, Nick and James were great. Had reserved a 26' truck however, Budget did not have one when I went to get it and we had to work with a 16' truck. They professionally packed the truck and were able to fit everything in it. They worked hard - we reserved them for 4 hours but only needed 3 to get the job done. Would highly recommend them.

DO NOT utilize RBS crew. The owner, Roman, was nice enough at 1st by phone. Of the two he sent over, one was nice enough but higher than a kite when he got here. The 2nd guy, Nick?!?! What an absolute jerk of all jerks. He has serious anger mgmt issues. I have worked with many people over the years. He makes the grade for being among the worst. They were scheduled to load our belongings from house to truck. We had 11 self-load moves in the last 30 years and I had worked for United Van Lines 35 yrs ago, so I knew which items we needed help with due to our age and the item's weigh/size.
Nick's beligerence started before we finished the initial walkthrough, when we had to ask him to move his car that he had parked on the grass due to HOA rules. We didn't even get halfway through the house with me pointing out what needed to go, before he began cussing out his boss and calling his boss stupid. Then he got on the phone and yelled at his boss right then. We couldn't figure out what his problem was - they wasted about 10 minutes being made because they thought they had to load and unload our truck on the same day. I had not ordered an unload from them.
Nick was upset by what we were asking him to move, which was not our entire household, by the way. I pointed out the specific items/sections of house we needed on the truck. We specifically told him which order they were to go on the truck due to very specific reasons. We needed the items on the truck because of how the items needed to be taken off when moving into new place.
Our purpose in reserving hire-a-helperis to move the heavy/oversiezed items we cannot do ourselves. So instead of starting with what we asked to go on the truck 1st, he starts with the third item on the list because he, "just has a picture in his mind of how things should be". The third stuff was the most unform boxes and lightest of all the items. We had to repeat to him a few times, which of the items needed to go in first. When I caught him again moving the lightest of all the stuff, I asked him if there was a reason he couldn't do what I asked, all hell broke lose. He starts yelling at me that he knows how to load a truck better cause he's a professional. He was interruptive, and refused to take direction. We caught him getting ready to take stuff not meant to be put on the truck. Every step of the way was an argument. He had the gall to say "My Mama taught me to not let anyone call me stupid". I stared at him and told him I hadn't called him stupid. I had no idea what he was talking about. He said, "I heard you the 1st time." I asked if he heard me the 1st time why he didn't bother doing it, his beligerence increased. Nick would work steady if he was being watched. When not watched, they slow-walked the process. It was a hot and humid day, so I get needing to take a break but even accounting for this, they did what they wanted and I had to fight for what we needed.
I did text the owner, Roman, about the attitude on his worker. His response was that Nick took his job very seriously and was a very good loader. FALSE. This guy loaded like CRAP. He definitely was NOT a professional. After they left, we had to unload 1/4 of the truck in order to reload to properly place the items to prevent shifting, & we were able to get in an entirely 2nd bedroom of belongings. Nick yelled at us that "he guaranteed that all my things would be broken." If it was going to be broken, it's because his beligerant attitude was going to make sure everything was broken. I told him I was a professional packer and know how to pack a box. None of my packed boxes had broken things, I cannot say that for the furniture this joker loaded on directly. Just stay away from this crews. Hire-a-helper has way better options.

Highly recommend this company! The guys traveled almost 2 hours in torrential rain, to unload the U Haul. The job took about 30 minutes, they traveled 4+ hours. Ron was a pleasure to deal with, he was available to answer my calls the entire day, the time for arrival changes numerous times, as the U Haul was coming from NJ. Due to extreme weather conditions, Ron had to keep changing the time for his guys to leave Lancaster to Zion Grove! Great company and great guys!

RB's moving service was phenomenal! Nick and James arrived right on time and knew exactly how to pack the truck. Their knowledge of packing and moving heavy items was exceptional. They worked hard and didn't stop for any breaks, while being very respectful of my furniture, walls, doorways, etc. We were stunned by their strength as most of my furniture (including a very heavy and large couch) was moved through a 2nd floor balcony window for easier moving. If I move again, I wouldn't hire anyone but Nick and James to do the job. While their work was outstanding, their humor and personalities made the morning fun. Absolutely awesome guys and a remarkable job! Thank you so much!

The guys were great. They worked hard and efficiently. They were great with our kids too, who kept getting in the way. Highly recommend RB's, especially if you get the same 2 guys. They were awesome.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.

We do not refund for any unused time.
