My movers, Pete, Q and Alex gave me a call 1/2 hour before they arrived to remind me they were coming. They showed up on time.
We had our introductions and I gave them my priorities and they were off! Non-stop busting butt for two hours straight! They treated my belongings like it was their own and they maximized space very efficiently in the POD I had for my move. It rained the whole time they were here, but they took care to set down blankets on my floors to minimize tracking debris into my house, of course it cant all be avoided, but they did the best they could. They were also very personable. Worked hard but seemed to have fun doing it.
I would definitely hire them again.

Pete and Kua were amazing! Hard working and fast! They took special care and time to secure the items in the truck so they would not move. They were professional but easy going. The cost was exactly what we were quoted. They truly were a pleasure to work with as was H&M! Highly recommend!

I used their services to unload Pods into my new home twice. The crews were very professional, courteous and friendly - kudos to Pete, Q and Juan. They explained any concerns they had to make sure I understood everything. I would highly recommend them. And from the discussions they had with me - they would clearly be knowledgeable about loading Pods too.

The four man crew worked quickly and efficiently.
The were careful moving the boxes and classroom furniture.
They finished the complete job in less time than I had expected.

They were very good at carrying things, however they didn't have that much energy to do what I asked them to do. I would gave them instructions of what I wanted carried and that I wanted to start with the big furniture first in case we don't have enough room. They just wandered from room to room and didn't tell me what they were doing. I ended up with more junk all over the floor. When unloading the POD, I asked them to put things in specific places and keep rooms together. They totally ignored me. When I asked for them to fix the things their response was "you're killing me lady." They kept complaining that they wanted to leave even though I had been approved for an extra hour. They just kept looking at their watches and wanting to leave. So although they were nice strong man who did move quickly and get things out of the Pod quickly they weren't paying any attention to what my needs were. They just wanted to empty the Pod and wasn't interested in where anything needed to go.

Nothing short of professional. Could not have been happier with them. Would highly recommend and use again. They were on time, more than prepared, and worked their asses off. Absolutely nothing was damaged or even bumped, and the truck was packed perfectly. **** YEAH I would use them not only again, but every other time I moved.

The 2 gentlemen that helped move our belongings into the home were great! Very cautious about the floors and walls in the new home and making sure they weren’t damaged, and constantly told my husband and I to STOP doing things so they could take care of it (we were also probably in their way ??) I would definitely use them again.

My H&M Movers crew were fabulous! They loaded a POD for me. They arrived on time (a few minutes early) and got started right away. They were well prepared, loaded quickly and efficiently. They were very respectful of me and of my property. They worked hard and were amazing in the way they packed everything into the POD carefully and securely. I would never have believed that everything would fit into the POD but they made it work! I would definitely hire this crew again - in a heartbeat. Great big thanks to them for an easy move out.

secure their pets before the move , have a plan if they have young children so as not to be in the way of the movers while the move is in process(Safety Reasons),also secure their immediate personal belongings such as keys, phones, etc. so that they are not misplaced
