They did an excellent job! They were on time, prepared, super quick, mindful, and communicative. We moved a 2BR house from TN to DE and they helped us unload a 16-ft Penske truck. They were able to do so in less than an hour! I would absolutely recommend them and would hire them again.

Moving Hands guys were, quite simply, “hands-down" wonderful… just like family but without all the drama! Always courteous, patient, hard-working and efficient, Moving Hands saved us a lot of time and money on our limited budget without any of the hassles that all too often come with moving. My husband, Bill, and I are both of advanced age and struggle with various physical limitations and health conditions so, we went online to Hire A Helper and were fortunately referred to Moving Hands after the first company never bothered to call us back. Right from the get-go, the Moving Hands guys were flexible and cooperative, taking on our last-minute job with less than 24 hours' notice on a July 4th holiday weekend which, in and of itself, is pretty awesome. They arrived right on time, and were amazingly down-to-earth, patient and non-judgmental about the condition of our old home, setting our worried senior minds at ease. Moving Hands also understood the urgent, last-minute nature of our move, all the time working efficiently and diligently in very hot, humid July heat...even a sudden downpour didn't stop them! And, in this economy of increasing inflation and gas prices approaching $5.00/gallon, Moving Hands had very affordable rates without ever charging an extra “per-mile” fee like many so many other companies out there. What really struck my husband and I perhaps most about Moving Hands, though, was their respectfulness, understanding, tolerance and sensitivity, particularly in this day and age when kindness and civility, sadly, seem to be much more the rare exception than the rule. This was never more apparent than within the very first few minutes of the Moving Hands guys arriving -- a time when their patience and professionalism were quickly put to the test:
while trying to move the rental truck into our driveway, my overly tired husband inadvertently rear-ended the Moving Hands guys' car, immediately setting off his feelings of embarrassment and shame...ugh! Let me tell you, it takes some very remarkable people to just shrug off such human error and mishaps without copping attitudes (whether conscious or not) but the Moving Hands guys took it in stride...they were true ACES and remained calm and cool; they never made that fender bender into a big deal since s#!t happens in life as we all know ; ) lol. Moving Hands' guys made us feel at ease throughout the entire job while they skillfully handled time pressures, unforeseen issues, and sticky situations with amazing grace. Many Thanks to Moving Hands for being so cool...you were a huge blessing to us! : ) We highly recommend the services of Moving Hands "whenever you need a helping hand!"
