The service that I ordered was not provided . When service was ordered I ask do they remove furniture and the agent said yes. I told her that I had unwanted furniture and she said they could take it away. Two service men showed in a car and they said they don't have truck to remove furniture and that they could put it on the sidewalk which is not allowed. The only thing they did was move a couch from one room to another . I wouldn't have used this service if I knew this.
