We could not have asked for two more helpful movers! Justin and Ryan were on time, they brought their own tools, they knew their way around the trailer, and they were very professional. We had a couple of pieces of furniture that could not be taken apart (which made them especially difficult to secure and load), but the guys from IVP solved the problem about as soon as they discovered it and got it all done with no problems. They got the job done in less time than we were expecting, and they were even willing to help us move our ancient behemoth of a couch out to the dumpster. I would recommend IVP to anyone looking to move without reservation.

Yes they were right on time... And they were ready to get to work. They worked extremely hard and took great care to make sure everything was packed into the truck. I had some family members here and we were all extremely impressed with their work ethic, care of my belongs, very professional, and if they didn't know something they asked -- that's a big one in my book.
I highly recommend them for any moving job of any size, they will do an excellent job.....

My wife and I hired two movers for 4 hours to pack a 3 bed 2 bath house into a 28' UPack trailer for a move from Missouri to California. The movers that came to the job were very friendly. One mover stated that he had 10 years of experience and the other was new to the job. They were about 10 minutes late, but got to right work when we explained the job. They both worked hard, although we had to pitch in quite a bit to make up for their lack of speed, as we ran nearly an hour over. That said, we did have more stuff than we anticipated and they were kind enough to stay until the job was done. The problems that I had with the service were not evident until we received our belongings in California. As our movers in California were unpacking our things, they noted that nothing was tied-down or secured. They further noticed that several furniture items, including a dresser and buffet, had been placed on their sides on the bare metal floor of the truck, with no blankets or cardboard to protect the finish. Each of these items had several scuffs/gouges that will require repair, despite the fact that we saran-wrapped all furniture ourselves with bubble-wrap on the corners. We provided the movers with plenty of blankets and quilts to protect the furniture. They also placed a bicycle on top of a couch. The crank wore a greasy hole into our couch. There were several other furniture items, including a head board, a bench, and a kitchen table that had gouges and abrasions from the lack of blanket cover as well as failure to secure the items for cross country move that will also require significant repair. I hired professional movers so that I did not have to worry about such basic errors in packing. I have called Justin from IVP several times to let him know, but he has not returned any of my phone calls. Although the movers were friendly, they were were very clearly not detail oriented. I have also given Justin several opportunities to address these issues. Due to complete lack of service once the job was finished and due to incompetence, I have to give IVP one star and I would definitely not recommend their service. I would probably offer 2 stars but for the fact that Justin simply will not return any phone calls. If you do choose to use their service, carefully check the work of the movers and be sure to double check whether they have serried/protected your furniture.

They did a really good job, a few things were a little beat up, and some of the stuff got wet. I am not sure how stuff got wet, and am not sure if it was the movers of a leak in the truck. They worked fast, and got the truck loaded in no time.
