Hired this company to help me move out of a two bedroom apartment into a trailer that was to be shipped cross country. The company contracted out the labor and the two men that showed up arrived with no dolly or hand truck although I specifically requested both. The guys exploited me in that they moved incredibly slow - both in terms of taking apart furniture and moving furniture down to the truck. Very convenient when they're charging by the hour. And with no hand truck, one box at a time. I lost it when I began carrying larger items myself out of frustration as I saw two men carrying what I was by myself. There was no sense of urgency, they took multiple smoke breaks, and one deemed himself the "supervisor" and stood around while my wife had to step in and help load the truck. The truck was packed extremely poorly which resulted in more money for me because I was paying by the linear foot in the truck. Beware of a potential bad and frustrating experience.

The two guys that showed up were a little late. This was not a huge issue for us as it was a miscommunication between them and their boss. The thing that disappointed me the most was I took the time to tell the company ahead of time they would be moving big items refrigerator, freezer, couches, beds, etc. and they showed up without a hand truck or furniture dolly. They then left just shortly after arrival to go and get a hand truck putting them even further behind. Overall they did a good job, were respectful of our things and completed the job.

The crew that helped us move did a great job. We have always moved on our own and were very pleased with their system. They really knew how to pack the truck to maximize space and protect our things and were polite and friendly even in the heat. We would recommend them.

They called shortly after I made a reservation and seemed nice and professional, but then did not show up for our scheduled move. I called them roughly 10-15 times and they did not answer or call me back after not showing up and I ended up having to spend extra money to rent a uhaul longer and wait for Hire a Helper to replace these movers with a different company. Very disappointed that All in the Family Movers not only didn't show up, but also did not take time to reach out afterwards to explain or offer apologies. Big hit in my eyes on their credibility and professionalism.

They were very respectful and handled all my stuff with great care. They did such a good job packing up my uhal which made it super easy to unload. They were also super fast. I would definitely choose these guys again if i had to move again!
