Guys were very professional and took their time without wasting my time. Pleasant and courteous as well. They obviously knew what they were doing and made it possible to move out some very difficult furniture and item,s which is exactly the reason I hired them. I would certainly recommend.

Quick and efficient movers. They were 40 minutes late, and arrived smelling like cigarette smoke. A third helper (whom I didn't expect) arrived to assist from another job. None of my items were broken. A little bit of cursing as they were loading the truck, which I hope my daughter didn't hear as they were loading. Movers respected my property and were courteous to me and my family. Introduced themselves and stayed focused on task. Move went much faster than expected, but I was unable to receive a refund for unused hours. I paid over $400 for a three-hour move (including 45 min travel time).

The 2 movers they sent did a good job. Half way through the job their supervisor showed up to help out and make sure everything was going ok, he was fantastic at making sure we were satisfied. I would highly recommend All In The Family movers and would use them again.

Disappointed- third time going through hire a helper. First were excellent, second time one guy barely did anything, and last was terrible! They were supposed to arrive between 2-3. They called at 3 and said they were stuck in traffic and would be there in 45 minutes. At 4:30 they showed up high as kites. The elevators wreaked from them. My husband in the meantime had moved all the boxes into the truck already. He had to help these guys move all the heavy stuff even though that's why we hired helpers. He had to supervise them packing the truck because they weren't working if he didn't. As I pulled up I saw one outside our apartment on the phone instead of wheeling down what was in his cart. We purposely had my toddler and dog out of apartment during those times so they wouldn't be in the way. I had to come home and instead of getting packing done - had to keep them out of way. So frustrated... thankfully we're done moving for awhile!

Scheduled arrival time was 8:00-9:00AM; I got a text message at 8:57 saying they had a flat tire and would be arriving in 40 minutes, which was fine. But then at 10:08 they call and say they will be another 25 minutes, then at 10:53 they text and say they will arrive in 10 minutes, which they finally did. They did well once they arrived, but being almost 3 hours late from the initial appointment, and then 2 hours later than the updated ETA is ridiculous.
