On time, very professional, took the time to make sure all items were packed in the POD carefully. Doubled checked to make sure the POD would close before they left. Would recommend again. This is the second time using this service.

Almost On time, partially prepared, worked hard, damaged numerous items while moving out and into homes. Were not good at evaluating how to get large items in and out of areas. All items were empty and drawers were removed prior to arrival. Took longer than expected. Would not use again

The team did a fantastic job helping my family loading and organizing our UPACK trailer for a coast to coast move. They were very carefull with each piece and organizing so that it does not get scratched while maximizing the space in the trailer.

Workers were to arrive between 8:00 and 9:00. They arrived after 10:00. They tried to use the time change as an excuse until I explained that not having changed their clocks would have made them an hour early, not two hours late. One worker kept trying to carry pieces of furniture he couldn't handle alone, at one point dropping a bookcase and landing hard on his backside. Luckily, the scratches on the floor didn't leave permanent damage and the shelf needed painted anyway. I would not use them again.
