Two gentlemen, David & James, came to help us move into our new condo. We were clear in our request that we were moving into a 3rd floor condo with no elevator. The two were on time, but David did virtually no work the entire two hours, save moving items on a hand cart from the POD to the base of the stairs. He seemed unable or unwilling to do any lifting or carrying of items up the stairs (which was the task we hired them to do). James worked extremely hard to pick up the slack for his part
